FIXED WORKING LINK: vote for the amazing Alicia Silverstone

it takes one second and she definitely deserves the win
EDIT: LOTS of negativity regarding PETA. I love this debate - I have actually flown to Norfolk, VA and worked in the offices of PETA. These are people who work regular day jobs, getting the word out that hurting animals is not okay. No other organization in the United States has been responsible for converting so many vegetarians.
There are lots of vegetarians offended by PETA - but I believe there is a lot more negativity from non-vegetarians. PETA puts naked women in ads and on the streets to gather attention to the cause - This is a picture of Alicia Silverstone nude - it’s hard to find anybody that objects to the image itself. Then you have those that would criticize the decision to objectify women - I can personally guarantee that no woman used to market a political message is being exploited. These people are CHOOSING to use  their bodies as tools to attract attention to their cause. They aren’t complaining - why are you? Is it because you object to women not being given even treatment as men? Inequality being represented by a self-proclaimed progressive organization? NEWS FLASH: They use men too. They use whoever is willing to represent the cause - these people are courageous to put themselves so rawly and passionately behind such a polarizing political message. This image is beautiful, I’m sorry if you disagree.
Then there is the name PETA in the bottom left hand corner and people read that and think “radical militant vegans” - rude extremists. I can tell you that in my visit with PETA HQ there were no militant vegans that worked there (at least that I met) - there are some teens and college kids that go out to the demos - they hold PETA signs and spread PETA’s message but they are being activists because they believe their actions can help. Some of these people go about their message the wrong way. This specific behavior is no good but please don’t generalize all of PETA by a choice encounter with a negative person. Fur is retarded, public features that flaunt their fur knowing the facts about the fur-trade marketplaces are insecure ego-maniacs, and then there are those that simply don’t know - they are in the dark. PETA aims to open people’s eyes. They’ve done so for millions of peoples - and even if you don’t like what you see - they get you to look.
I think it’s really trendy and cliche to hate PETA, personally. What offends you most about PETA? I’d like to hear a really well thought out criticism. Tell me please!
There are also entire organizations funded by the animal related industries to smear PETA - you always want to trace the money to make sure the message is unbiased.
